The meeting was called to order at 7:45. 

OLD BUSINESS/NEW BUSINESS 

Frank motioned that the lake association had met for special meetings to discuss the Lake Restoration Project and concluded that there was enough interest to pursue it. He motioned that we pursue THE LAKE RESTORATION PROJECT.  Robert Johnson seconded the motion. 

Ray gave an update on the lake restoration project to prepare everyone for the presentation by Del Hogan and Jim Robbins. 

Dell and Jim repeated the presentation from the previous meeting for those who were weren't present and answered questions from the association members concerning application time period, guarantees, fundraising from state agencies, etc. 

Following the presentation the association discussed payment options. Dave mentioned that the association Restoration finance committee contact homeowners to contribute $1,000 each. 

The decision to go ahead with the project was put to a vote and pasted (19-0). All Families present signed a financial obligations contract. 

Ray recommended setting up a separate bank account for the restoration project. Bob motioned that we use funds in the Treasury toward the project if necessary. Jerry seconded. Motion passed.
